You may use all these photos, screen savers, and postcards royalty free without any more permission from the author as long as it conforms to the acceptable use listed below.

Acceptable Use:

• You may use the photos on your computer as wallpaper.
• You may share the photos, screen savers and postcards with your friends as long as they are loaded from this CD.
• You may use the photos in your personal or promotional material.
• You may use the photos on your web page as long as you don't use them as a collection.  An individual photo here and there is acceptable.
• If your project does not fit within the scope of this acceptable use, please feel free to ask the author.  He is more than reasonable.

Unacceptable Use:

• You may not put the screen savers or postcards on a network (including the Internet).
• You may not sell the photos, screen savers or postcards in part or as a collection.
• You may make a backup of this CD, but you cannot make copies for others.
• You may not use the photos in screen savers or printable postcards to be distributed without direct permission from the author.  Please feel free to ask.  He is more than reasonable if you present him with your project.
